As a Van Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our lead driver with various tasks, ensuring that all deliveries and pickups are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will require teamwork, physical effort, and effective communication with both the driver and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading items from the van, ensuring safe handling at all times.
• Help the driver navigate to various locations while following delivery schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, providing updates on arrival times and service details.
• Ensure that all items are handled carefully and delivered in excellent condition.
• Participate in the regular maintenance and cleaning of the van.
• Assist in packing and organizing items for transport to maximize space and safety.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 70lbs).
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, though not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; a clean driving record is preferred.
