Available Positions

WoodGreen Community Services offers a variety of positions across different areas of expertise. Below are some of the roles currently available:

1. Community Outreach Coordinator

In this role, you will:

Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage local communities.
Organize events and workshops aimed at promoting community resources.
Collaborate with local organizations to enhance service delivery.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure community needs.

2. Social Service Worker

As a Social Service Worker, you will:

Provide direct support and advocacy for individuals and families.
Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans.
Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-up on client progress.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

3. Youth Program Facilitator

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing engaging programs for youth.
Fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Building relationships with youth and acting as a mentor.
Evaluating program effectiveness and making timely adjustments.

4. Volunteer Coordinator

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who share our vision and commitment to community service. Below are the general qualifications we seek:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in community outreach, social services, or program facilitation preferred.
Fluency in additional languages is an asset but not a requirement.
