Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in public health or a related field is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with technology and comfort in using digital communication tools.
• Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or public health is desirable but not mandatory.
