Job Overview
The Professional Desk Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our operations team by managing various desk functions. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication within the organization. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Assist clients and team members with their questions and needs, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, reporting, and data entry.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
