Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant, your roles will include but are not limited to:
- Managing executives’ schedules, including appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintaining efficient office operations by collaborating with other support staff across departments.
- Implementing administrative procedures to enhance productivity and streamline communication.
- Helping to prepare for team meetings, including agendas and minutes review.
- Assisting with project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of deadlines.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
