Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and optimize job advertisements for diverse roles within our organization.
• Post job ads on Kijiji, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and best practices.
• Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of job postings, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor advertisements accordingly.
• Respond to inquiries from potential candidates in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all job postings, applications received, and candidate interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices on job advertising to enhance strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in writing and posting job advertisements, preferably on Kijiji or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate with a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
