- Logging interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the CS Amazon job will possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Proficiency in computers and familiarity with customer service software.
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
