Job Overview
As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, accessing resources, and integrating into the community. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, mental health issues, or other life challenges.

- Facilitate community engagement by encouraging participation in social, recreational, and educational activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding client progress, interactions, and support provided.

- Advocate for clients’ rights, providing them with information and guidance on available options.
- Implement safety and emergency measures to protect clients and ensure their well-being.
Qualifications
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals with the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in community support, caregiving, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Knowledge of community resources and social services available to clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for certain positions.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
