Position Overview

The Community Options job application is now open for various positions across our locations. We are looking for dedicated professionals to fill roles such as Direct Support Professionals, Program Managers, and Administrative Staff. Each position plays a vital role in providing quality support and services that enhance the lives of individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
• Assisting with community integration and recreational activities to promote socialization.
• Implementing individualized support plans tailored to each person’s needs and preferences.
• Providing transportation for individuals to appointments, work, or recreational activities as needed.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided and communicating effectively with the team.
• Promoting independence and encouraging personal goals through mentorship and support.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference. The qualifications for the positions may include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred for some positions.
• Experience in direct support, caregiving, or advocacy for individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on program needs.
