Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong foundation in CNC programming and machining. Below are the requirements we are looking for:

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree in machine technology, CNC programming, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in CNC programming and machining (minimum of 2 years preferred).
Proficient in G-code and M-code programming; experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematic diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
