- Assisting in the development and implementation of CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) related content and assessments.
- Collaborating with educational institutions to create testing frameworks that align with national standards.
- Conducting data analysis to evaluate and improve assessment accuracy and reliability.
- Providing support to candidates throughout their application and testing processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Engaging with stakeholders to manage feedback and enhance the quality of our services.
- Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and improvements to management.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of educational assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools such as SPSS, Excel, or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for enhancing the educational experience for students.
