Job Opportunities
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to fill the following roles:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Responsible for patient assessments, care planning, and education.
- Must hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in telehealth preferred but not mandatory.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Assist in patient care and support RNs in daily operations.
- Current LPN license is required.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
- Physician (MD/DO)
- Provide comprehensive care including consultations and follow-ups.
- Must have an active medical license and board certification.
- Prior telehealth experience is highly regarded.
- Health Coach
- Work with patients to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Certification in health coaching or related field is preferred.
- Experience in dietary or fitness fields is advantageous.
