As a Job Centre Posting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in advertising a job on Jobcentre, ensuring that our clients’ job postings reach the widest and most relevant audience possible. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs, optimize job descriptions, and effectively use Jobcentre’s platform to attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to create engaging and accurate job descriptions that reflect the core responsibilities and requirements.
  • Ensure the seamless posting of job advertisements on Jobcentre, adhering to best practices and platform guidelines.
  • Monitor job postings for performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain an organized database of job postings and candidate applications.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to clients showcasing the performance of job advertisements.
  • Stay updated on Jobcentre’s features, changes, and job board trends to optimize job postings effectively.
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies that align with clients’ hiring goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for applicants, answering any queries regarding job postings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, job posting, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Jobcentre and other job posting platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
