Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care, as required by regulatory standards.

Qualifications

To excel in shared living jobs, we are looking for individuals who have:

• Experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
