The Role

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Good Work Desk Specialist position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Ergonomics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in workspace design or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of ergonomic principles, workplace safety standards, and the psychology of workspace design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
