Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing solutions to improve accounts.
  • Tracking market trends and providing insights to improve our service offerings.
  • Preparing sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
