Job Description

The handyman will be responsible for performing a multitude of tasks ranging from minor repairs to preventive maintenance. This is a full-time position, and you will report directly to the operations manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Install and repair fixtures such as doors, windows, and cabinets.
• Conduct routine inspections of systems and equipment to identify issues.
• Assist with painting, drywall repair, and general home improvements.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety on job sites.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies and report on stock levels.
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are not only skilled but also have a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Our ideal handyman should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in handyman services or related field.
• Proficiency in various repair and maintenance skills, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
