Position Overview

As a Chat Support Specialist at Foodpanda, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback while delivering an exceptional service experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound chat interactions, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating smooth communication between customers and our food delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through our chat platform.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with delivery partners and restaurant staff to streamline operational difficulties.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions while also identifying patterns for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and share best practices.
• Stay updated on company promotions, policies, and procedures to provide comprehensive support.
• Contribute to building a positive team environment that encourages mutual respect and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or chat support is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with an emphasis on maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• Proficient in using chat software and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
