• Tracking the performance of job ads and making recommendations for improvement.
• Conducting workshops and training sessions for team members on best practices for job ad writing.

Your Skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing or marketing, preferably in recruitment or HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.
• Familiarity with various job boards and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
