Job Responsibilities
As a member of our precision machining team, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines and manual lathes.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Performing routine maintenance on machining equipment.
- Collaborating with engineers and team members to improve production processes.
- Documenting production processes and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision machining.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and manual lathes.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively in a team.
