• Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Maintain detailed records of system configurations, procedures, and incidents for future reference.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a computer operator role or similar position is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and commonly used software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
