Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Assistant, your roles will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing executives’ schedules, including appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining efficient office operations by collaborating with other support staff across departments.
  • Implementing administrative procedures to enhance productivity and streamline communication.
  • Helping to prepare for team meetings, including agendas and minutes review.
  • Assisting with project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of deadlines.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
