Job Responsibilities

• Review and verify information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in managing inbound and outbound data communications.
• Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Attend training sessions to further enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
